are qualified to care for your dental health. Dental treatment will be performed exclusively at American Dental Offices with 10 convenient locations.

- Dental Exams
(two per year)
- Treatment Planning
(two per year)
- X-Rays - up to full series
(one per year)
- Cleaning - Prophylaxis
(one per year)
- Fluoride treatment for children
(one per year).
